As a Licensed Social Worker, I’ve dedicated my work to creating therapy spaces that are collaborative, grounding, and genuinely empowering. My approach is rooted in empathy and deep respect for your unique way of being in the world. In every session, I offer clear feedback that helps you understand yourself, provides opportunities to change the patterns that are hurting you, and repair the relationships that matter most.
Many people walk through life feeling like they don’t quite fit — like pieces of them are too much, too confusing, or too hard for others to understand. Some feel the weight of anxiety, relationship conflict, old wounds, or a nervous system that’s simply tired. Others feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, over-functioning, or feeling unseen in their closest relationships. I became a therapist because I wanted to be the person who meets you in those places — with warmth, clarity, and hope. A person who believes you deserve to show up as you are and build self-trust, healing, and connection that last.
On a personal note, I spent years in therapy gaining insight — but insight alone didn’t create the change. When I found Restoration Therapy, it all began to shift. It helped me understand my own anxiety, family patterns, and places where trust was broken. It helped me repair and reconnect in ways I didn’t think were possible.
Restoration Therapy makes sense. It offers language, clarity, and real, practical tools so you don’t stay stuck in anxiety, anger, over-functioning, or disconnection. It’s a model that empowers people to understand their pain and step into peace, safety, and healthier connection. I use it every day because I’ve experienced the difference it can make.
What I specialize in:
Couples and families at every stage
Relationship repair
Helping people heal from upsetting or traumatic experiences
Tools that stop rumination and anger and anxiety loops
Navigating and embracing neurodivergence (ADHD, autism) within the family system
While I work with a wide range of concerns, my deepest passion is helping individuals, couples, and families better understand and thrive with neurodivergence. I truly love supporting clients as they discover their strengths, reshape their stories, and find tools that actually work for how their brains and relationships operate.
I earned both my Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Science and my Master’s in Social Work with Mental Health focus from The Ohio State University. I have advanced training in neurodevelopmental differences like ADHD and autism through my work and advanced education at OSU’s Nisonger Center. I also stay committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming care for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients and families — something I take seriously and continue to grow in through ongoing education and humility.
I’m trained in EMDR and remain active in the EMDR community in Columbus. I bring a trauma-informed lens to all my work and deeply value my training in Restoration Therapy Level 1, as well as my involvement with the RT community beyond Ohio.
If you’re looking for someone who sees you, affirms and honors your story—It would be a privilege to work with you.
