I deeply believe in creating safe, collaborative, and empowering therapy spaces—especially for neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families. Therapy gives us a space to explore not just what’s hard, but also what’s possible. As your therapist, I desire to create that space—where you can show up as you are, unmask, build self-trust, and grow in meaningful ways.
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people—what shapes us, what connects us, and how healing happens in relationships. From my earliest studies in family systems, I felt a deep pull toward the idea that meaningful change doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens when we feel safe and seen.
Many people—especially neurodivergent individuals and those navigating identity, culture, or systemic barriers—go through life feeling misunderstood or like they have to hide parts of themselves. I wanted to be someone who could help change that.
I was drawn to the Restoration Therapy model because it understands that human distress is often relational — what we learned about trust/safety, and identity in our earliest relationships shapes how we live and relate now. Healing comes from addressing those patterns, not just alleviating individual symptoms. Restoration Therapy helps people not just understand their pain, but develop tools to regulate intense emotions, stay present, and choose healthier responses in the moment.
On a personal level, Restoration Therapy resonates because I have felt what it’s like when trust is broken, when patterns repeat beneath awareness, and when regular therapy helped—but only partially. What I’ve seen with RT is hope for deeper, more lasting repair. It’s a model that doesn’t shy away from the hard stuff, but also doesn’t leave us stuck in shame, fear, or disconnection. It invites people to live more fully—anchored in who they are, with tools to navigate what happens next.
Education and Training:
I am a Licensed Social Worker (S. 2410665) and earned both my Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Sciences- with a focus in Family Studies, and my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from The Ohio State University with an emphasis on Mental Health. As a former Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Trainee at OSU’s Nisonger Center, I received advanced education and clinical training in neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD and autism. I also completed the Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training (BHWET) program, where I focused on providing culturally responsive care for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients and families. I’m trained in EMDR and Level 1 Restoration Therapy.
I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges—and I especially love working with neurodivergent teens and adults, as well as neurodiverse couples and families. I welcome clients across the lifespan and across all identities, and I’m committed to helping people create lasting, meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
If you’re looking for someone who sees you, affirms your neurotype, and honors your story—I’d be honored to work with you.
