All of the clinicians at Restoration Therapy of Columbus are licensed to practice psychotherapy through the CSWMFT Board. The link below will direct you their website which will provide you with information including how to contact them. You will be able to see a Consumer Brochure, Consumer Information, How to File a Complaint, and Insurance Resources for Consumers.

If you have a concern or question about one of our clinicians, and do not wish to contact the board, you may send an email to connect@rtcolumbus.com or send a letter to our mailing address. Concerns and questions will be addressed with our clinician and you will be followed up with within 30 days of receipt.
